Garmin nuviCam isn't recognized by either of my PC's via six USB ports. What can I do?

I bought a new USB cable from Garmin because none of my cables worked.  The new Garmin expensive cable doesn't work wither.  I'd like to update my maps but Win 11 can't 'see' my Garmin.
