Missing roads and towns within map in Basecamp

Installed Basecamp today and tried to find my hometown and address. However, I'm missing a lot of roads and towns on the map.
Set my detail level to "highest" but no result. I'm using the City Navigator Europe NTU 2025.1 on my Zumo 590LM. Also the global map isn't showing a lot of roads.

Is there a way to make those small roads and towns visible? I can use the roads on my Zumo. There everything is fine.

Have you selected the CN map in BaseCamp? Your screenshot looks like the base map, which lacks detail.

In any case it's best if you use Express and install the map to your PC for BaseCamp to use?

Thank you very much. I've installed the map using Garmin Express as you mentioned and now I've got a lot more detail and can find my home.
