BaseCamp can read maps from your device, or you can install maps to your PC using Express depending on the map. For a fuller answer you need to explain which maps you're talking about.

Assuming your device came pre installed with the EU map and Express has already updated it on your device run Express and under Map Options choose Install map to computer.
