i have garmin gpsmap 64st and suddenly has stopped to communicate with garmin express and garmin basecamp.

i have garmin gpsmap 64st and suddenly has stopped to communicate with garmin express and garmin basecamp. I TRIED TO FORCE THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE webupdater, but the pc recognises the disc of garmin.I HAVE USED ANOTHER PC AND THE BASECAMP SUCCEDED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE garmin gpsmap 64st.Whats the problem

If it works with another PC you have an issue with the first PC. Try rebooting it. As this isn't a BaseCamp issue I'm closing comments.
