How do you report map errors to Garmin?

The Report Map Errors under Help on BaseCamp does nothing. I have an RV 760LMT with the latest maps and there is an entire area of a town with physical streets missing.

As this isn't really a BaseCamp issue please contact Product Support but bear in mind any map error report could take a while to be corrected. Errors I've reported have either been included in the next update or the one after as it depends when it's received in relation to the map update process.

You can also report map errors direct to HERE, who provide the maps to Garmin
