Chargement carte Topoactive dans Base camp

Bonjour. Je n'arrive plus à afficher La carte Topoactive de ma Fénix 7SPro Sapphire solar dans Basecamp.

Good morning. I can no longer display the Topoactive map of my Fénix 7SPro Sapphire solar in Basecamp.

Il y a quelques jours je pouvais la voir, même si l'affichage semblait lent. La carte est installée sur la montre. La carte, la montre et BaseCamp sont à jour et l'étaient déjà alors.…

I assume from your post you were able to see the map at some time, so was this a map installed to your PC or was BaseCamp reading it from your watch? If from the watch has either the watch software or map recently been updated?

A few days ago I could see it, although the display seemed slow. The card is installed on the watch. The map, watch and BaseCamp are up to date and were even then.

Have you tried rebooting both your watch and your PC? If not I'd try that.

Oui, à plusieurs reprises, j'ai même désinstallé et réinstallé Base Camp. Cela n'a rien amélioré. Merci de votre aide

Yes, on several occasions I even uninstalled and reinstalled Base Camp. It didn't improve anything. Thank you for your help

Then I have no idea. You could try asking on the Fenix forum as it may be a watch setting that needs changing.
