Why is there no map detail or addresses available in Canada? Any route I plan that includes a Canadian city gives an error.

I recently installed Basecamp on a new laptop. On my old laptop, with Zumo 396 attached, I can see details like streets in Canada and Alaska. On my new laptop with the 396 attached there is no map detail or addresses available in Canada. Plenty of detail in the US. What gives?

Well I can think of one reason, on your old laptop you'd installed the full CN NA map on your laptop, on your new one you haven't and your 396 only has the US states on it. This is a guess of course as you haven't given much detail, so perhaps answer the following:

Without your Zumo attached are you able to select a NA map of any sort? If so what is it called? Do you see any detail in Canada?

What maps are listed on your Zumo in Settings, Map&Vehicles, myMaps?
