Strange red Circle

I tried to reload 4.7.5 Basecamp(uninstall and reinstall) but These circle stay.  Anyone has an ideal how to get rip of these circle?

    The proximity distance it set on several waypoints in your collection, and it seems that the proximity distance is based on the distance from a starting point. Possibly the waypoints with a smiley symbol, or some of the others. BaseCamp shows the proximity distance as a red circle.

    It isn't a BaseCamp problem, it's just that you loaded a file with waypoints that contain this data. When you delete the waypoints, the circles are gone.

    Thanks for your reply, you’re right on the money! I didn’t realize that I had number in the proximity box.
