Zumo Maps not showing in Base Camp and Zumo has duplicate Map entries

Help!

I've recently updated maps and software on my Zumo and during the update the connection was lost. Maps and navigation on the Zumo seems ok, but when I connect the Zumo to my Windows Basecamp the left hand drop down for my Zumo shows a duplicate copy of the City Navigator Europe map. If I then open the Map tab on Base Camp I can only see CN Europe NTU, Europe DEM and Global (although I'm sure during one of my attempts to view maps I could access City Navigator!) I've just acquired a new laptop and reinstalled Basecamp and Express but I still can't select maps via Basecamp - see screen shot below

How do I resolve the differences between my Zumo and what Base Camp can see?

And how can I get my Zumo maps back on to my PC?
