Cannot see map detail in Basecamp that I can see in Zumo XT.

 Read through multiple threads on this topic. Have Zumo XT connected. Downloaded maps from Zumo to computer with Garmin express thinking that was the answer. Still the same. Have Highest detail on. Windows 11. Selected maps. See text data points but no town county roads. See my tracks on roads that do not appear. Reinstalled Basecamp.

Just noticed under the mile scale bar is a little yellow message that Map Detail Locked. How do I unlock it? Thought the device begin plugged into computer unlocked the map?

    So after a half day struggle I solved the problem. When looking in Manage Map Products there were two copies of the City Navigator in two different paths. One was locked, the other was unlockable. Assumed Basecamp was pointed at the locked one. 

    With Garmin Express I Uninstalled the map from computer. I uninstalled Basecamp. Then I reinstalled map from Zumo to computer. Then I reinstalled Basecamp. Now it shows the City Navigator unlocked and all the details. Yeah.

    Just to correct one point in case others get confused, you cannot install the map from your zumo to your computer. Express can install the map to your computer for BaseCamp to use or BaseCamp can index the map on your zumo so it can display it.
