Drivesmart 61 memory

I have transferred my personal waypoints to the memory card, how do I now clear them from the main device internal storeage. I've tried right click but no delete function?

You can't using BaseCamp. You must do so on the device. It's pointless anyway as your device will simply recreate them on your device when you reboot it.
