Can I Edit a Trip created on Garmin 52 in Basecamp, and if so, how do I do it?

I loaded a set of road trip end points into my Garmin 52 . I then used the Trip Planner on the Garmin 52 to create a set of routes, which looked pretty good for driving. I then downloaded them into Basecamp in Windows to see them with better detail. I noticed that here were parts of the trip I would like to make minor changes to, but I did not find any apparent way to do this without starting over and creating them again in Basecamp.

Is there a way to edit them in Basecamp with out starting over.

No, Basecamp cannot change data on automobile devices.

That's what I thought, although I have found that when i upload from the Garmin, I then copy the routes to My Collection I can do some editing. I'm still working with this concept. Thanks

You can copy the data to BaseCamp, edit it then send it back, but not edit it directly on your device.
