Difficult to say without a screenshot. Do you mean it's a file named d7726070d under your device and it has a red line underneath it? If so it's a map file that BaseCamp is unable to read.

Who can say? Try looking at the maps on your Fenix and compare them with what's showing in BaseCamp. That should tell you which one is the one that is unreadable 

rien n' est illisible ,mais les cartes ont beaucoup de mal a s'afficher ,il faut ermormement de temps ,et si je zoum ou dézoum ,je n'en parle même pas ,je pense qu'il y a un rapport car avec les mêmes cartes qui sont installées sur ma fenix 5 et mon gps orégon ,tout est rapide.

Have you left enough time for the map to be read by BaseCamp? If it's failed that red line should be complete, not part red.
