Map detail??

I had to reinstall windows 10 on my computer. All of my apps were deleted in the process. I have reinstalled basecamp, but even on the highest level of map detail I can't see any secondary roads? Also, when my garmin 396 is connected it shows that the latest map updates are installed twice on the garmin 396's internal storage?

Two issues here. First you'll need to use Express to reinstall the map on your PC. Second, both the EU and NA map are so large they have to be split into two on your device, which is why you see 2 maps when your device is connected.

Thanks! That fixed the problem I was having with the map detail. I still have the North American map installed twice on the 396's internal storage. Don't have EU maps. The only difference between the two NT maps installed are these reference tags

Just to reiterate what SUSSAMB said, the North America NT maps is so large that it requires two files on the device. BaseCamp sees these two files as two of the same map but if you look at the map details on the device itself you will only see one map.
