Print track in Basecamp

Trying to print a map of a cross-country trip the Print Preview looks OK but when printed the track is shift down on the map about 200 miles.

If I want to print I use the Windows snip tool and print that, I then know exactly what I'm getting. Did you mean miles though or metres, never heard of a 200 mile discrepancy
