Still having trouble

Hi, I'm still having trouble getting my tablet connected to the garmin astro 320, can you send me a step by step how I can do this, the basecamp will not pick up the garmin astro 320 device and not read the maps and the garmin express also will not find the device, we had a dell venue pro11 which died on us and we were unavailable to save any information off it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of basecamp did you download

What oftware version are you running on the astro 320 and what version of basecamp are you running to make them work together. Again any assistance us greatly appreciate.
