"An error occurred when attempting to use the City Navigator North America NT 2023 Map Product".

(v 4.7.4) with Express v 6.30. Was working ok. Then I began getting "An error occurred when attempting to use the City Navigator North America NT 2023 Map Product". I've tried disconnecting my Zumo XT and reloading software a few times. Any directions to head? Also I can't seem to find any method to load that map into the Win Basecamp. I'm software saavy and been through about every possible tab and menu.

Latest express is v7.12.0 so perhaps update Express. I also understand that if you have a Zumo XT you cannot install the map to your PC. I can't verify this but it's been mentioned on the Zumo forum.

Thanks. Interesting, inside Express under the Info tab, it says 'Software Version: 6.30. So I deleted and downloaded/installed from Garmin (said it was 7.12).. I open it and that tab still shows Software Version: 6.30! Anyway... I re-attached my Zumo, opened Basecamp, and get the exact same error. Next--- delete Basecamp and reload....

EDIT: Deleted BC and reinstalled. No change. Figured out that the 6.30 version is referring to the Zumo XT, not Express. ALSO- I now see that the City Navigator North America NT 2023.1 map is in the Zumo TWO times and in its SD card one time. This may be causing the issue. But researching, I can't see how to delete the multiple map occurrences. Manage Maps in Express only shows one occurrence in the XT and one in the removable storage.

Are you sure it's installed 3 times? The CN map comes in numerous parts, what are the file names when you view them in Windows Explorer? What is shown in Settings, Map and Vehicles, myMaps on your device?

This is what BC shows. I haven't verified totally with Explorer.

The key though is what is shown in myMaps on your device and the files showing in Explorer. It looks like something isn't right but correcting it may need manual intervention.

Well, the good news is that it is in MyMaps only once. I should add that the Zumo XT seems to be just fine. It's only BC that has the issue.
