Cannot view fenix topo maps in Basecamp

I have Basecamp version 4.7.4 installed on a Windows 1o home, 64-bit operating system. When I plug in my fenix 6x pro solar device I can see the device and maps on the left side of basecamp. TopoActive Americas, North 2021.10 is selected under Maps and Basic Map Only is not checked. When I zoom in as far as I can, it does not bring the topo map into view. Not sure what else to do to view the topo map.

Check show overlays is selected, bottom left of map screen

What map detail level is set? Select highest and see if that helps

Still cannot see the topos. Below is a screenshot. Don't know if it will help but it cannot hurt.

That shows you've over zoomed. Try zooming out a bit. I assume you are focussed on an area covered by the map?

Thank you for trying to help. Still no luck. I am wondering if it has something to do with my graphics card.

Do other maps show? Never heard of graphics cards causing issues though. Afraid I'm out of ideas.

I downloaded another topo and was able to see it. So, it appears that the issue is with the fenix maps. Any ideas on what to do? I really appreciate your help.
