I got a Birdseye subscription late last year, and then I got a new device a couple weeks ago so I bought another new subscription (even though my existing one still works) since I know it's tied to the device. Then the device broke after 1 week, and I had to exchange it. Before I even got a chance to sort out whether I could transfer my subscription, the replacement device also turned out to be defective, and now I need to exchange it again.
So my question is - do I really have to keep buying new $29 subscriptions every time I have to exchange a defective device? Is there really no way at all to change what device the subscription is tied to?
