can i use my NUVI 765T in scotland ?

many thanks for your help --

trying to figure out if i can use my nuvi 765T with city navigator North america NT 2019.1 during a trip to

scotland -- tried to enter addresses in basecamp 4.7.4 without success -- just gives me results in USA --

is there a manual available ?? detail in the maps looks very limited -- trying to figure out if i need to

add GPS NAV to car hire or not ??

OK -- guess the 'north america' should have tipped me off -- i didn't understand why it showed map data for the UK but i have since figured out that was just the built in global map data which is pretty sketchy -- so i bought a UK map set, loaded it in basecamp and except for the fact it doesn't seem to recognize the addresses i have -- it didn't find the Royal Bank of Scotland -- i have something to work with -- if you have tips / tricks / guidance on how to enter UK addresses because they are constructed differently from US -- i would greatly appreciate the help --

BaseCamp should find addresses ok if they're in the database. If you hit Ctrl + A it brings up the address field. Remember with BaseCamp more is less. Start first with just the postcode (the uk zipcode) and number and see if that works.
