Recently I baught a 2de hand garmin edge 800. It came with an topographic map. But I'm unable to unlock the map in basecamp. I need a code. 

Trying to unlock the map online doesn't work either. The page comes with an error

Origin DNS error

What should I do. Contast Garmin for unlocking code or is there another solution. I have the key of the map, it's useless without unlocking.
