Basecamp PC doesn't allow satellite imagery to Fenix 6

Connect my Fenix6 to my mac I can download my Basecamp Satellite imagery fine (but it's slow)

On my PC - says I need to connect a compatible device even though Basecamp has recognised my F6 Pro.

Any clues?
