Garmin Basecamp stops responding when Garmin Express starts

My Garmin Basecamp stops responding when Garmin Express starts.

My possibility of moving information into my Navigator is blocked

Have a BMW Navigator VI - model 2021

Prevoius navigator model, 2019, did not have this problem.

How to proceed?

Have you tried stopping Garmin Express from running in the background or running whenever when the device is connected?

Inactivated Garmin Express as you wrote

Restarted PC

- Can start Basecamp

- When connect my navigator the Basecamp program stop to respond

I should have also asked which version of Garmin Express you have installed? Have you installed any map updates recently using Express? Some of these updates seem to be much larger and have caused issues for device-BC communication.

After you connect it, is your device drive mounted in Windows i.e. can you see it in File Explorer before you start BaseCamp?

If it mounts okay then I think you will have to call Garmin Product Support for help
