You could download the free JaVaWa Device Manager program from https://www.javawa.nl/jdm_en.html to see if the gpx files are on the Oregon.

The gpx tracks ought to be in the \Garmin\GPX folder of the device or the card.

Another thought - If you downloaded these from a route sharing site onto your device, it is possible that the gpx file can’t be read because of the xml header. You can often fix this by importing the problem gpx into the GPS Visualizer web app and creating anew gpx with the same data. This cleans up the xml header to allow BaseCamp to read it.

If your device uses FIT files and you recorded the track on the device, it is possible that there is an archived FIT file with the same data - this would appear in BC with the start date and time.
