Using TopoActive Americas North 2020.10 cannot see local park hiking trails and topography in BaseCamp with highest detail to plan routes.

I have a Montana 750i and I'm trying to plan a hiking route at a local park using BaseCamp in Windows 10. I purchased the TopoActive Americas North map before discovering it is pre-installed, so I have the map on an SD Card. Using Hiking profile and Highest detail setting, I still cannot see the park on the map, nor any topographical lines, no tracks, pretty much no detail I can use.

What are all of the BaseCamp settings that might be causing this?

Check the detail isn't switched off in Edit, Options ... it's under Activity profiles, select features to be displayed

First & foremost, thank you for your reply!

Unfortunately that recommendation did not change anything. I also used the Reset Activity Options button for the Hiking profile. I've switched to every map I have on the device and the SD card, all at highest, with no change in detail.

Any further guidance is greatly appreciated.

If they show on your device, and the map is selected in BaseCamp check you haven't selected the basic map, see the View menu

No Sir, I made sure of that days ago.

Eisenhower Park is located in San Antonio Texas, North on 1535 West before Camp Bullis.

I cannot see any hiking trails at any zoom level.

Does Garmin have a Help Desk where an agent can remotely connect and resolve issues?

I do appreciate your trying. I've chatted with product support and they've issued a case. I'll update this thread with any resolution.
