How can I unlock (in Basecamp) the City Navigator Europe NTU 2021.3 map update I've just installed on my Zumo 590 and Windows PC?

I have downloaded and installed the City Navigator Europe NTU 2021.3 map update to my Windows PC and my Garmin 590LM.

When I open Basecamp, the map shows as locked.

What do I need to do to unlock it please - as the browser based unlock method is no longer available?

OK, just managed to fix this.

In Basecamp, selected Map Product Manager | Unlock Regions | Import

... then selected the relevant .gma file from my connected Garmin 590 (in the Maps folder).

Thanks alot. I had this problem and have not been able to find a solution, and I have been looking. Map update (NT2021.2) installed fine on the unit but I couldn´t get the map unlocked on my PC.

OK, just managed to fix this.

It would be great if the Garmin Support pages had this information available! I suppose that it might be there, but I couldn't find it!

This normally happens automatically but I've seen the occasional issue where it doesn't, there are FAQs on this support.garmin.com/.../ or support.garmin.com/.../
