Deleting tracks

Hello

Sometimes, when I click on a track, it disappears from Base Camp, without prior information. I tried everything: reload base camp (with the latest version), reload the card (Reit Wanderkarte), new map, change the location of the card, etc.; nothing helps. Is there a max size for the map or track file? It's very annoying because Base Camp is clearly one of the reasons that made me choose Garmin

It won't disappear when you click on it, perhaps you're deleting it by mistake?

Thank you for your answer but it is surely not a mistake. I pay attention when I click because I detected the problem precisely. Maybe it's a memory problem. I have 4 GB RAM and it may be better to have 8GB, even if WIN 10 works very well with 4GB. But no specification about this for BaseCamp.
The phenomenon being quite recent I wonder if BC follows the evolution of WIN 10. This software seems a little abandoned (wrongly) by Garmin and some problems may appear

Never had BaseCamp do what you describe, or heard of anyone else having this issue.

And yet he does!! I upgraded my RAM to 8GB and it seems to work better. There is surely a problem if you use a low performance PC. Especially if you have a lot of tracks and a wide map (Western Europe). Memory management problem with Basecamp.

My Win10 has 4Gb RAM and no problem with BaseCamp or the issue you describe. I have about 10 maps loaded for it to use and hundreds of tracks, routes, waypoints etc. Whatever your problem is it's not RAM related or a BaseCamp issue.
