Trying to Add Survey Coordinates to my Montana

Hello, I hope someone here can assist me with an issue I am having trying to get the coordinates below imputed as waypoints in the my GPS?

Note: I believe the following coordinates should reflect the South Western point of the property?

N87°58'10"E

N2°01'45"W

Does anyone have experience with this type of coordinates and can you let me know how to get them into my Garmin Montana?

Any help would be appreciated

Can't recall exactly what the Montana has but it's under SetUp, Position format

I believe these values are probably taken from a property survey and reflect bearings associated with distances and not coordinates. See: https://chastainassociates.com/understanding-survey-concepts/

Possible the easiest way to get the correct coordinates is to use Google Earth to locate where the property is and use the property survey to identify your points of interest and add new Place Marks. When you are happy with these, highlight them all and Save As a KMZ fie on your computer. Then import them into BaseCamp and they will appear as Waypoints which can then be sent to your Montana, without more ado.

Those are quadrant bearings. The top one is an azimuth bearing of 87° 58' 10" and the lower one is 357° 59' 15" . You can read the second one as "Starting from due North rotate 2° 01' 45" to the West". Something like S 30° E could be read as "Starting from due South rotate 30° to the east" and the azimuth bearing would be 180° - 30° = 150°.

Thanks to everyone, I appreciate all the feedback, that was very useful information. I was able to use google earth to plot the points from the survey.
