On my old BMW branded Montana, I simply dragged a third party .gpx file into the GPX folder and everything appears seamlessly.
Now I have a Zumo XT and in doing the same procedure, nothing happens automatically and nothing shows up to import.
So now it looks like I have to import the .gpx file into Basecamp....convert the tracks into routes and then send them over to the Zumo XT. Cumbersome, but I can live with that I guess, although it looks like Garmin took a couple of steps backwards.
So after converting a track with just one waypoint (Candy Kitchen Grocery Store) to a route, sending the route over to the Zumo XT...that waypoint that I changed the icon to (shopping cart) is now an orange flag and it no longer labeled as Candy Kitchen Grocery Store..now there is no label at all.
Can someone tell me where I'm screwing up?
