Problem to import activities from 2021 into Basecamp?

Hi,

For some reason I can not import any activities from 2021 into Basecamp. Anyone else had the same experience?

I have the latest version 4.7.3 installed. I've tried to import from Edge 530 and FR935 but in both cases only activities pre Jan 1st 2021 are imported, any activity from 2021 is ignored. When the device is connected to my PC the 2021-activities are not visible in Basecamp, but all activities from 2020 and earlier are. I then tried to manually import activities into Basecamp from disc but it is the same problem. If I select both pre and post Jan 1st 2021 activities only the ones before 2021 are imported.

Any clues?

    J'avais les mêmes problèmes et il s'avérait que la dernière version ou j'allais n'était pas bonne . Pour la trouver cliquer sur l'icone Windows menu démarrer ensuite cliquer sur  Garmin et le bon fichier est là .Maintenant tout est revenu en ordre et je retrouve mes activités 2021.

    I use a GPSMap 66st and BC 4.7.3 and can import GPX and FIT activity files from 2021 into BaseCamp without a problem. (My 66st is set to generate both FIT and GPX since it cannot be set to GPX only!)

    What I have noticed in updating to 4.7.3 is that BC now imports activity tracks with two different date formats. 

    For example imported FIT files are named 09/01/2021 13:24:16 in BC but the same track imported from a GPX file is named as 2021-01-09 13:24:16.

    In the previous version I used - BC 4.6.2, FIT files weren't imported at all and the GPX imported tracks all had the same 2021-01-09 13:24:16 format, which was fine as this allows easy sorting by date.

    So it may be a conflict between the Garmin software and your windows date settings? 

    If you connect your device to a PC and can see the FIT files in a windows folder, you can manually import them to BC using File > Import.

    Bonjour , 

    Merci de l'info , j'ai trouvé la solution entre temps .La nouvelle version de Basecamp se trouvait sous Windows dans le menu démarrer et dans le dossier garmin .
