When i use de POI icons from BASECAMP and send them to my device, they only show little white flags. What i am doing wrong?
Nothing, BaseCamp icons haven't transferred correctly to On the road devices since the Nuvi 14xx series.
I can see you can use custom icons. Can you transfer the icons from your device to Basecamp?
And where to complain about this? Is there a support email address?
On the road devices can't use custom symbols. You can make suggestions at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/ideas/ but i doubt it'll change things, over the years many have asked the same thing.
