My 700i using Birdseye the area where the image should be appears as a white box.

When I download Birdseye images to Basecamp I can see them fine but when I transfer them to my sd card on the 700i the area where the image should be appears as a white box on the 700i.

What would cause this?

Have you got the transparency set correctly? Have you tried zooming in? Difficult really to tell what is going on from your description.

If I use the birdseye app on the device to create the image is works fine. But using Basecamp to download then use the send to my SD card all I get is a white area when I zoom in. It's like the 700i does not recognize the images.

It's been a while since I used BirdsEye but I know the only issue I had was getting the transparency setting correct, try changing that. Failing that I'm out of ideas.
