Timestand when pass waypoint

I created a track manually on Basecamp, added waypoints in some points of the track.

Is possible to upload another track from a friend and see if he passed on all my waypoints? Extra: is possible to have the time when we passed on each waypoint?

I'm using Basecamp 4.7.2

Certainly possible to upload a track from someone else, if your friend can send you a gpx file you can import it into BaseCamp. Whether you can see the time will depend on whether your respective devices recorded them.
