My Zumo is really new so it has very few items loaded to it. It's hard to believe the memory would be full. I am trying to load tracks I created on Google Maps and imported to basecamp. I converted them to "Direct" routes and they look good in BC. The last step was to import into my device and no joy. I feel like I must have a setting wrong or something in how I'm creating the routes in BC?
If you're simply converting tracks to routes then it's likely that there are far too many points for the route to be used by your Zumo. Can you send the track to your Zumo?
I kept experimenting and discovered that my Zumo 595 will only import routes with 200 points or less. By filtering or selecting to only use a maximum of 200 points when creating the route in BC, my Zumo was the able to import the resulting file. I could not find anywhere that max number of route points my Zumo can handle. I just had to experiment until it started working. So problem solved. But I will need to make shorter tracks to maintain some fidelity when turning them into Routes.
Glad you resolved it, I'll close this thread.
