Edge 1030 plus doesn't communicate wit Baseecamp 4.7.2

I just bought a Garmin Edge 1030 plus (I also have a Monterra and a Edge Explore) and updated via Garmin Express but when I start Basecamp it says that it has communicating problems. I can't store anything on my 1030 plus. What to do ?
