I am trying to use Basecamp with my Zumo 660, and every time I plug it into my computer via USB it will connect for 10 sec and drop out and act like it is not connected.

Is the battery fully charged? Have you tried a different USB port? Does your system put its USB ports to sleep?
Yes the battery is fully charged, yes I tried different USB ports and two different USB cords. I am not getting any error messages. I am running a SSD drive, on a windows 10 I7 computer.
I am going to try using my lap top tonight.
