Linking Oregon to Basecamp O

I have just purchased an Oregon 700 and I am trying to connect it to Basecamp. I keep getting the message that a device is not found. I used to have a Montana and despite uninstalling and re-installing the software when looking at the Options it seems to still show the Montana and serial number. Have other people encountered these problems

- how do I uninstall/delete the montana (device was lost)

- how do I get basemap to recognise my new device

Unless your Montana is still connected you shouldn't see it listed, where are you seeing it?

As for your Oregon, are you connecting it to your PC using the supplied cable?
