Switching from Basecamp Mac to Basecamp Windows

I am Switching from Basecamp Mac to Basecamp Windows

In the Mac software you can click on a route and drag from that point to some other point to change the route. I can't seem to figure out how to do itt in the Windows version.

Highlight the route by clicking on it on the map or My collection, then using the route tool, click and drag it. The route tool is the pencil icon.

Or select the hand tool and with the Alt button pressed click on the route
