HELP !! I recently bought a Garmin Foretrex 301. After initial setup I connected it to my laptop via Garmin Express. It told me that the unit needed an update. I proceeded with the update. When complete the unit is now locked up. On screen it states >Loading Waypoints, Tracks and Routes <. Nothing I do will get me past that screen. None of the buttons work. I've tried taking the batteries out overnight and I can find no reset button inside. I even reconnected to Garmin Express to try and reset it. No go. So I am now left with one totally useless Garmin GPS !! Anyone know what I can do now or must I just throw an expensive unit away ?
