Basecamp will not restore backup

Hi All,

I just migrated to a new computer, so I created a .backup file. Now I can not restore it. I get the error that the backup file is invalid or read only. I've checked, and it is not read only.

Both the version of basecamp I used to backup and restore are 4.7.1

I'd make another back up then, maybe it's corrupted.

Well it's too late to make another backup, but I figured it out. The backup was located in the same folder as the database, so I had to move it out. it wiped out the entire database folder when it installed which scares me a bit as I had other backups in there, but luckily the backup restoration worked fine.
