Basecamp 4.7.1. crash

On one of my computers, BC 4.7.1 chrashes all the time. The error listing is as follows:

I'm responding to your post again, hoping DESPERATELY that someone will give me some help with this Crash!

See my earlier post below.

It now happens nearly every time I try to Open a track or sometimes when I click on a track on the map.

I've added my email address and note asking them to contact me to the Error report that can be sent to Garmin numerous times but have not gotten any response from them.

I've reloaded 4.7.1 multiple times now and rebooted PC, as well, many times but still have these crashes

Suggest you update BaseCamp to see if that resolves it

I have the same problem and I see that after two years, there is no answer about how to fix it :(....SOS
