I am having problems with new Astro and Alpha100 devices with 1 year free birdseye imagery to activate and send maps to the respective devices. devices are new and had not even been activated yet. I have activated signatures and sent maps by Basecamp previously (more than 40 times at least) on new devices, but since Monday, all new devices I own, through the basecamp is being informed that they do not have a signature. I have uninstalled and installed basecamp several times and has not resolved.
