I cannot view the maps (CN Europe NTU) on my pc

I cannot view the maps (CN Europe NTU) in my Zumo 346 in any detail when using Basecamp on my pc. All I have are the "straight line" maps. Also the pc is very slow to recognise the Zumo. Am I doing something wrong?

  • No, although your PC may have an issue. Once your Zumo is recognised BaseCamp needs to index the map so it can display it, this can take a while, you should see a line under the map shown against your Zumo in the left hand pane moving slowly from left to right, once it completes you'll be able to select the map.
