can not get Birdseye view on birdseye or gps

First question be gentle. I have Basecamp v4.7.1 with Birdseye select Great Britian PLUS, City Nav Europe NT 2020.2 and Topo UK & Ireland v8 Light,and brand new GPS64 sx

Problem is I can not get birdseye images in birdseye or on to gps, i can detailed maps (like OS ones) on birdseye and onto GPS

Answers on a postcard please

BirdsEye Select is only the map, not imagery. For that you need a separate and different BirdsEye subscription
