Two Maps showing different parts of Europe in Basecamp 4.7.1

Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question but am new to Basecamp.

We are planning a trip through Europe by Motorcycle. I just bought a Zumo 595).

Basecamp routes have been working fine until now. I want to travel from a town in Austria to Lake Como in Italy.

For some reason there are two identically named maps on my computer both named "City Navigator Europe NTU 2020.3 (Zumo 595)"

One shows Germany, Austria etc in detail but does not show Switzerland, Italy etc in detail at all. The other shows Switzerland, Italy etc but not Austria etc.

As we are travelling from Austria to Italy in one day, it will not successfully give me a route as no mater which map I choose, there is always half the map not there.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you're viewing the maps on your Zumo, which are split as the EU map is over 4Gb. If you've received a map update for your Zumo then using Express you can select the option to install the map to your PC, that will be the full map rather than North and South, which will resolve your issue.
