so i've been trying for a while but with no success to plan a route on Basecamp, and then exporting it into a "TCX" file and placing it on my edge 500, so far with no sucess,the only way i can do this is planing the route on Strava download the tcx file and upload it to the edge 500, should'nt basecamp tcx files work on a garmin edge series? so i exported the route to a tcx file and placed it on the "NewFiles" Garmin folder, when powering the gps the file "desapears" then i tried to convert the route into a track and exported the track to tcx, placing it into the "NewFiles" folder and then the same thing happend, the file disapears after powering up the gps.
so why tcx files from strava work on an edge 500 and tcx files from basecamp don't?
