Not a Basecamp but a Nuvi 2529.

Is is possible to display on the Nuvi my Waypoints/POIs that I have loaded on the device ?

My Quest did, so is there a setting on the Nuvi that I cannot find to enable this ?

This forum isn't for device issues but basically the answer is no. They will appear under certain conditions or when you're navigating to them but you can't universally set them to be displayed.
