Birdseye

I purchased Birdseye, and when I download it to basemap it appears but only when zoomed out to 2 miles... when zoomed in the mapped area turns black. Any suggestions?

Never seen that. Which 'BirdsEye' have you purchased? The satellite mapping or BirdsEye Select?

Birdseye satellite. So here's whats happening... I can choose a square on my basecamp program, hit the download,( Ive tried all three "standard" "high" and "highest") . It takes 30 min to download... then from the 2 mile high it is shown as an aerial, but when I zoom into 1.5 mile it turns black, then when I zoom in further in to 500 feet it appears in the aerial again... So when I download to my rino 750 it appears when fully zoomed out, then turns black until i'm zoomed into 500 feet again... just like on basecamp... its frustrating!

I bet, I'd call Garmin Support and let them know, shouldn't be like that.
