My topo map knows 100s bicycle tracks. How can I give priority to the tracks instead of public roads when planning new route?

When you say 'it knows' what do you mean? Do they just appear on the map, or will BaseCamp route along them? If the latter then first try using the Bicycling activity in BaseCamp. Adjust it's routing and avoidance options as you see fit.
Hello,
the bicycle lanes are shown in the map and can be found if you search in the map. But if I plan a route the bicycle lanes are not used as apreference. I would expect that they have priority if you go by bike.
Being shown doesn't mean they are routeable, and as you don't say which Topo map I have no idea. If you pick a start and end point on one of the bicycle routes does BaseCamp route along it? If so then you need to look at the routing options in whichever profile activity you're using and adjust as necessary.
I use Garmin Topo Germany V7. Thanks for the hint. I will select a bike lane and try routing to see whether it is routable st all.
I tested the routing on a bike lane. It looks ok.So I try it this way. Thanks for your assistance.
