Basecamp Error

Why do I get this error each time I start Ba Basecamp Error secamp? I do not have any of these files anywhere on my system or folders or device or memory card. Previously, when there was a Garmin cloud available I guess I had some of these saved there but now I have no access to Garmin cloud if still exists.

In BaseCamp - look under "Edit" - "Options" - "General" - "Database Options". Are you looking for the cloud database there?

Garmin no longer run cloud data, you need to update your BaseCamp program, or as Phil said check your option settings

I do not see any option in Basecamp to disable Garmin Cloud database access. Only a "Default" database is available that Garmin has removed it for users. Is a database saved somewhere else on my PC that I can use + to specify its location? Or is there a way to create a database in Basecamp?

Click on the plus button where you see the default, you can then create new locations

Error Solved: Thanks bro. I discovered that my gpx files that previously were saved on Garmin Cloud were still in a local database that I had no clue were it was. After some research and scratching my head I found their directory and deleted them then BC stopped popping error message at srartup. Also I learned how to create a new My Collection.gdb in a new folder but it contained none of my routes and waypoints or other saved data. Is this normal? I was expecting all My Collection exported to the new gdb be available there but nothing was transferred there. And when I restored from backup then again all errors started to appear again in BC startup.

You need to find your alldata.gdb and folder.gfi files, copy these to your working database and all should be well.
